Chocolate Lollipop Recipe
Ingredients • 100g Milk Chocolate • 1 Strip of Transfer Sheets • 4 Lollipop Sticks • 4 Twist Ties • 4 Lollipop bags Ingredients 1. Melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave or a bain marie. 2. If using a microwave, melt for 30 seconds, take it out and stir for a minute. If it still hasn’t melted pop it back in for 5 seconds and stir again. Repeat until the chocolate has melted. 3. Lay your transfer sheet on a tray with the rough side facing upwards. This is important so the design comes out on the chocolate. 4. Take a full tablespoon of the melted chocolate and pour it onto the transfer sheet. Swirl it around into a circular shape. Repeat swiftly for the remaining lollies. 5. Next put the lolly sticks in halfway through the chocolate and twist the stick so it’s covered in chocolate. 6. Place them in the fridge to set for approximately 30 minutes. 7. Peel the lollies off the transfer sheet and pop one in each bag and seal with the twist tie!
